Bhojpur, Dec 15: As high as 500 people, mostly the senior citizens, have benefited from a free eye camp held in Bhojpur.

A large number of people got their eyesight back after the surgery of cataract during the three-day-long free eye camp organized by Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh. A team of doctors including Rakshya Basnet from Biratnagar Eye Hospital carried out surgery of 118 patients of the total 497 people visiting the eye camp for examinations.

The Biratnagar Eye Hospital has been providing technical support for the eye camps to be conducted in the hilly districts of eastern belt.
